SEA Games 33, December 12th: Shooting brings home the first gold medal of the day.

On the third day of competition, the Vietnamese Sports Delegation continued its pursuit of gold after yesterday's brilliant performance. That goal quickly became a reality when Shooting secured its first gold medal.

The gold medal came from the shooting duo Le Thi Mong Tuyen and Nguyen Tam Quang after they brilliantly defeated the host team Thailand in the final of the 10m air rifle mixed event. With a breathtaking 16-14 scoreline and a display of skill and composure, the gold medal is a well-deserved reward for the two shooters of the Vietnamese Shooting Team.

This is the gold medal. This was the first gold medal for the Vietnamese Shooting Team at the SEA Games 33 and also the first gold medal for the Vietnamese Sports Delegation on the third day of competition (December 12).

Also this morning, the Vietnamese Sports Delegation won two bronze medals in Ju-jitsu, thanks to athlete Can Van Thang (62kg category, Ne-waza event) and the pair Phung Thi Hong Ngoc - To Dang Minh (event). Show Mix ) achieved outstanding results.
