The number of new cases is most concentrated in Dong Da district with 105 cases, followed by Cau Giay district with 86 cases, Nam Tu Liem district (77 cases), Hoang Mai district (76 cases), Dan Phuong district (68 cases), Phu Xuyen district (63 cases).
At the same time, last week recorded 66 more outbreaks in 21 districts, towns, the most in Dong Anh (10 outbreaks); followed by Phuc Tho (8 outbreaks); Bac Tu Liem (7 outbreaks); Nam Tu Liem (6 outbreaks); Cau Giay (4 outbreaks); Dong Da (3 outbreaks) ...
Accumulated from the beginning of 2023 to now, Hanoi has recorded 6,693 cases of dengue fever, an increase of more than 4 times compared to the same period in 2022, and there are 473 outbreaks, of which 142 are currently active.
According to the Hanoi CDC's assessment, in some outbreak areas, the insect index after treatment is 2-3 times higher than the risk threshold. It is forecasted that the dengue fever situation will continue to develop complicatedly in the coming weeks.
