The PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 is jointly organized by the Da Nang City Pickleball Federation,FPT Play, and America & Asia Link Company Limited (AAC).
For the first time, Da Nang City has been chosen as the venue for the PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 international pickleball tournament, featuring top players from around the world.
According to the organizers, this is the largest pickleball tournament in Asia in terms of prize money ($150,000), number of participating athletes, and audience attendance.
Nearly 600 professional and amateur tennis players from Vietnam and around the world participated in the tournament, competing in singles and doubles events at the Tien Son Sports Palace and Tuyen Son Sports Village.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Duong Quang Thuan - Director of America & Asia Link Co., Ltd., and head of the organizing committee - said: “With the support of the city, we believe that the PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 will bring top-level pickleball matches featuring leading players from around the world and Vietnam, as well as exciting experiences for the community of fans of this sport.”

Following the opening ceremony, the audience enjoyed friendly performances, showmatches, and the Celebrity Cup.
Performances by internationally renowned tennis players such as Ben Johns and Tyson McGuffin, as well as performances by artists like Tuan Hung, Chi Bao, and Binh Minh, received enthusiastic applause.
Audiences also had the opportunity to interact and play pickleball with Ben Johns and Tyson McGuffin, and enjoy lively musical performances by various singers.
The tournament will run until October 4th, with professional and amateur events taking place at the Tien Son Sports Complex and Tuyen Son Sports Village. Simultaneously, the Vietnam Sport Festival will be held, featuring pickleball booths, hands-on activities, and opportunities to interact with athletes.
