Detained man who teased girl, destroyed restaurant in HCMC

(Dan Tri) - Due to his rude words and actions towards a girl in a restaurant, Phuong aggressively threatened to beat her and vandalized the restaurant, leading to his being prosecuted and temporarily detained by the investigation agency.

On February 18, the Investigation Police Agency of Tan Binh District Police prosecuted and temporarily detained Pham Anh Phuong (born 1985, residing in Tan Binh District) for the crime of property destruction.

According to initial information, in the early morning of February 16, Phuong went to a restaurant in Ward 13, Tan Binh District, and asked to buy takeout food.

While waiting, Phuong saw Ms. DNA (born 2008, living in Thu Duc City) sitting in front of the shop so he teased her. Not stopping there, Phuong also intentionally touched Ms. A's sensitive body, making her scared.

Seeing his girlfriend being teased, Mr. NHH (born 2007, restaurant employee) went out to talk to stop and protect Ms. A. At this time, Phuong showed an aggressive attitude, demanding to fight a couple.

Police determined that Phuong threw a glass of water at Ms. A's head, went inside the restaurant, took a wine bottle and threw it hard at the restaurant's glass door, damaging property.
