According to the Center, water levels in many areas within and around the Imperial Citadel, tombs, and temples are rising, making travel difficult and posing a potential safety risk to visitors. Measures to protect relics and artifacts, and to ensure the safety of staff, have been urgently implemented according to the "four on-site" principle. The Center will continue to closely monitor weather developments and will only reopen when safety conditions are assured. Visitors who have purchased tickets during this period will be guided on how to exchange or refund their tickets according to regulations.

| Floodwaters inundate the courtyards at the An Dinh Palace historical site. |
At the An Dinh Palace historical site, the courtyards and gardens are currently flooded. Mr. Ngo Van Minh, Director of the Hue Royal Antiquities Museum, reported that 100% of his staff are on duty at both sites: the Hue Royal Antiquities Museum and An Dinh Palace. Previously, documents, books, and assets (from the office building) had been raised to ensure safety. The Long An Palace, where artifacts are displayed, is located in a higher position and therefore remains unaffected.
