Strengthening the orientation in oral propaganda work

In Plan 419 dated May 14, 2024, specifying Directive No. 30 dated February 5, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on oral propaganda work in the new situation, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees and organizations at all levels to evaluate and review the leadership and direction of oral propaganda activities in recent years. At the same time, it proposed practical tasks and solutions suitable to the situation and practical conditions of agencies, units and localities to achieve high efficiency in implementing Directive No. 30.

In the 4 groups of tasks and key solutions to implement Directive No. 30, the Provincial Party Standing Committee emphasized the solution of strengthening the leadership and direction of Party committees and organizations at all levels, the active participation of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, in oral propaganda work. Close coordination, creating synchronization, promoting the combined strength of the entire political system with the core force being the propaganda committees of Party committees at all levels, and the team of reporters and propagandists at all levels.

Regarding important guidelines and policies, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requires leaders and managers to be responsible for orienting, disseminating, thoroughly grasping, ensuring unity within the Party and consensus in society, contributing to building the Party and the political system, the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, and strengthening the people's trust in the Party.

Faced with the requirements of the new situation, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has focused on innovating content in conjunction with enhancing the orientation and persuasiveness of oral propaganda work, especially content on the Party's ideological foundation, guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the great and historical achievements of the Party, the country, and the work of Party building and rectification and the political system.

Harmoniously combine providing information on domestic and international situations, the practices of agencies, units and localities with protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; ensuring comprehensiveness, balance, practicality, relevance and effectiveness in oral propaganda work...
