Training on exploitation and use of paperless software for localities

(DN)- On October 17, the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province organized a training course on the exploitation and use of paperless software for departments, branches, sectors and localities. The conference was held directly at the Department of Science and Technology and online to units and People's Committees of 95 wards and communes in the province.

At the conference, VNPT Dong Nai representative presented and instructed on the paperless meeting room software system (VNPT eCabinet). VNPT eCabinet is a paperless meeting room software developed by VNPT. This is a software that supports organizing meetings in the traditional way on the network environment to improve the quality of meetings in the activities of administrative agencies. The software helps save printing costs, save meeting time and improve the efficiency of management, direction and operation.

According to the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, the training activities to support, put into operation and use paperless meeting software for agencies and localities after the merger of the province to serve the needs of operating the work of units and localities.

Previously, at the end of September 2025, the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province organized a training course on the use of paperless meeting software for civil servants and public employees of the department.
