The four-month incubation program is for the five best startup projects selected this year, and the program also announces the launch of a pre-incubation program specifically for 30 startup ideas from students.

Developing a sustainable business model.
A key highlight of the projects participating in the FINC+ 2025 Interactive Incubation Program is their ability to originate from real-world situations, accurately reflect market needs, and demonstrate a clear solution-oriented mindset that can develop into a sustainable business model.
For example, the TalentSpike enfue project was built by its founding team based on a real-world recruitment problem in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), where a tool is needed to quickly and accurately screen candidates and integrate with internal management processes. Using AI technology to assess candidate behavior and provide recruitment analytics data in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model is a strategic move in the context of the ongoing digital transformation of human resources.

Similarly, the wild tea project was developed from the need for natural products that are friendly to health and the environment. Standardizing the processing and packaging procedures towards commercialization has helped the project move beyond a family-scale operation to reach wider distribution channels, meeting the growing demand for green consumerism.
In the education sector, the Skoolib platform was developed to address the communication gap between schools, parents, and teachers by digitizing learning processes, providing regular reports, and facilitating information exchange.

Meanwhile, Vietro Care approaches the after-sales service sector – where a lack of transparency is degrading the customer experience – by building a synchronized platform for the warranty and repair process. Gooride, with its focus on developing an ecosystem for bicycle users, connecting maps, technical services, and the community, opens up a new application space for the green movement trend in urban areas.
Building upon these foundations, the projects will continue to receive support in refining their business models, fundraising skills, and commercialization strategies over the next four months. Each project is a small part of the larger picture of innovation that Da Nang city is strongly promoting.

Ms. Le Thi Phuong Hang, in charge of business development for the Enfue TalentSpike project, said: “Participating in the program not only helps us receive systematic advice on business models and brand strategies, but also gives us the opportunity to connect with other startup projects to learn from their experiences, expand our capabilities, and find suitable markets.”
Partnering from idea to market.
The FINC+ 2025 interactive incubation program also marks a turning point for DNES as it is the first time it has implemented incubation activities using state budget funds.
According to Ms. Doan Thi Xuan Trang, Deputy Director in charge of DNES, integrating the formal incubation program and pre-incubation for students has created a seamless entrepreneurial journey, from idea generation to model development and market access. In particular, the FINC+ digital platform, with its interactive sections, visual tools, and one-on-one training mechanism, helps founding teams proactively design their development journey while enabling DNES to accurately assess the potential of each project.
[VIDEO] - Ms. Doan Thi Xuan Trang - Deputy Director in charge of DNES, shares about the differences in this year's program:
"We not only provide support tools, but also act as a strategic partner in every step of a startup's journey. From market identification and business model optimization to financial planning and fundraising, everything is concretized on a digital platform capable of measuring and providing real-time feedback. This is how we effectively promote incubation in a context where support resources need to be used intelligently and strategically," Ms. Trang shared.
From a state management perspective, Ms. Le Thi Thuc, Deputy Director of the Da Nang City Department of Science and Technology, highly appreciated the program's applicability and emphasized the need for continued support after incubation.
For projects that have already gone through the incubation process, the department is ready to provide further support in terms of technology and market connections both domestically and internationally, especially for businesses entering the growth phase. In addition, this year there is more direct funding support for project teams, which creates great motivation and helps ideas not only remain on paper but also have the potential to go further."

Mr. Vo Duy Khuong, Chairman of the Board of Members of DNES, believes that incubation is the first and crucial link in forming startups that have the potential to become unicorns in the future. Da Nang needs strong startup models that are competitive not only domestically but also in the regional market.

"To achieve this, projects must leverage city policies and utilize available resources such as infrastructure, mentors, and finance to develop sustainably and become genuine businesses. In particular, projects must closely follow the city's guidelines on high-tech industries and enhance their capacity to apply technology in project development," Mr. Khương affirmed.
