The representative board of the Cao Dai Holy See in Quang Nam province, under the jurisdiction of the Cao Dai Holy See in Tay Ninh, has three officials, with Professor Thai Linh Thanh as the head and two deputy heads. Their religious activities take place in Quang Nam province, with their office located at the Hoi An Holy Temple (88 Hung Vuong Street, Hoi An City).
The directive also requires religious leaders to fulfill their duties, maintain unity and close ties with the local government, the Fatherland Front, and relevant agencies; and to guide the management boards of local parishes, officials, and fellow believers to focus on pure religious practice and participate in social activities in the locality.
