Establishment of the grassroots union of TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company

This afternoon, August 27, at TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company, the Trade Union of Industry and Trade of Quang Tri province coordinated to organize a conference to announce the decision to admit union members and establish a grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company.

TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company located in Cam Tuyen Industrial Cluster, Cam Tuyen Commune, Cam Lo District will officially come into operation in August 2022 with a capacity of 50 million liters of products/year.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Industry and Trade Union presented the decision to admit 72 union members and establish the Trade Union of TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company, and appointed the Union Executive Committee for the 2024-2029 term.

In his speech assigning tasks, Chairman of the Trade Union of Industry and Trade Hoang Van Tuan requested the Trade Union of TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company to focus on performing its functions and tasks well to build a strong team of company workers.

In which, it focuses on propagating and mobilizing union members and workers to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, the tasks of the trade union organization and the company's rules and regulations. At the same time, it pays attention to taking care of the material and spiritual benefits of union members and workers, especially the practical benefits to the workers' lives.

Represent the labor collective to negotiate, sign and supervise the implementation of collective labor agreements. Gather and resolve the legitimate and legal aspirations and wishes of union members and employees. Supervise the implementation of laws related to the rights and obligations of employees and unions. Develop and manage union members; build strong grassroots unions...

For union members, it is necessary to promote the spirit of solidarity, be a pioneer and a role model in production and labor, strive to compete for good and creative labor, constantly improve productivity, quality and work efficiency, and actively participate in building a strong and sustainable business.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to union members in difficult circumstances; TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company presented 72 gifts to union members, and organized a "Union Meal" for union members and employees of the entire company.
