Members of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee approved the content submitted to the 9th Session of the Provincial People's Council.

On the afternoon of November 15, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province Pham Ngoc Nghi chaired a meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee to contribute opinions and consider and approve the contents submitted to the 9th Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, delegates discussed, contributed opinions and unanimously approved the draft contents to be submitted to the upcoming 9th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, including: Report of the Provincial People's Committee on direction and administration in 2024, directions and tasks for 2025; Report on the results of implementing the socio- economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2024 and directions and tasks for 2025.

Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Vo Ngoc Tuyen presented the draft Resolution at the meeting.

The meeting also reviewed, commented on and unanimously approved the draft Resolutions including: Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 19/2020/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2020 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the content and level of expenditure support for agricultural extension activities from local agricultural extension funds in Dak Lak province; Resolution regulating a number of contents and levels of support for using career funds from the central budget to implement the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2021 - 2025 in Dak Lak province; Resolution on the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2025.

Members also reviewed, commented and unanimously approved many draft resolutions in the field of planning and investment such as: Resolution on deciding to stop the investment policy of the Dak Lak Provincial Cultural Center Urban Construction and Renovation Investment Project (Phase 2) which was decided by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 36/NQ-HDND, dated August 13, 2021 on deciding on investment policy and adjusting and supplementing investment policies of projects in the province; Resolution on deciding to stop the investment policy of the Emergency evacuation project for flash floods, landslides, and residential areas in the flood discharge basin of Ea Sup Ha Lake, Ea Sup town (Ea Sup district) which was approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 33/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2020, approved for adjustment in Resolution No. 36/NQ-HDND, dated August 13, 2021; Resolution Decision to stop the investment policy of Ea Khit Reservoir Project (Ea Bhok Commune, Cu Kuin District) approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 08/NQ-HDND, dated March 19, 2021.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha spoke at the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi requested that based on some comments from delegates, relevant departments and branches continue to complete documents to ensure quality and progress for the People's Committee to submit to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.
