In October 2024, real estate business revenue in the area is estimated to reach more than 3,000 billion VND; revenue from houses and land accounts for 11.8% of Da Nang's total domestic revenue, up 13.6% over the same period last year.

Notably, the National Assembly passed a Resolution on the organization of urban government and piloted a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City. The National Assembly also agreed to establish the Da Nang Free Trade Zone - a model that, although not new to the world , is the first in Vietnam.

According to the Danang Statistics Office, the above positive information and positive signals from the tourism sector will increase investors' interest in the Danang real estate market.

“In general, the Da Nang real estate market is having development opportunities with the positive shift of apartments and the sustainable growth of land and private houses. It is expected that in the coming time, the Da Nang real estate market will receive positive signals,” the Da Nang Statistics Office commented.

This is also consistent with the report of DKRA Consulting (under DKRA Group Real Estate Services Group) stating that the primary supply of residential real estate in the Da Nang market and surrounding areas in the third quarter of 2024 has significantly improved, recovering in most key segments.

Typically, in the land segment, DKRA Consulting recorded 16 primary projects introduced to the market with a primary supply of more than 1,100 plots, an increase of 45% over the same period last year. Market liquidity recovered positively, primary consumption increased by 80% over the same period in 2023.

According to DKRA Consulting, the recovering economy, the improved legal system, the cooling down of real estate loan interest rates, the good support from preferential payment policies, discounts, and support for bank loan principal and interest grace periods, etc. are factors expected to create a recovery for the real estate market in Da Nang and surrounding areas in the coming time.
