Notice of change in cash withdrawal limit of VPBank international credit card

With the benefits of providing a fast and convenient payment experience along with countless practical incentives, international credit cards issued by VPBank have become a trusted companion to millions of customers.

In order to comply with Circular No. 18/2024/TT-NHNN on bank card operations, VPBank would like to respectfully announce the update of cash withdrawal limits for international credit cards, specifically as follows:

Applicable card type: Applicable to all types of international credit cards

Applicable transaction type: Cash withdrawal transaction

Applicable limit: The total maximum cash withdrawal limit of cards belonging to the same Card Organization (Visa/Mastercard/JCB) is 100 million VND/month. Of which:

+ The maximum limit for cash withdrawal transactions at ATM/POS/QR code is 10 million VND/month

+ The maximum limit for cash withdrawal and installment transactions via phone/VPBank NEO is 90 million VND/month

(*) The amount that can be withdrawn is within the available limit of each card.

For example:

Customers have 3 cards: VPBank Diamond World Mastercard, VPBank Lady Mastercard and VPBank Z JCB

From January 1-31, 2025, the total amount of cash that customers can withdraw from 2 World and Lady cards is up to 100 million VND/month. Of which, cash withdrawal at ATM/POS/QR code is up to 10 million VND and cash withdrawal and installment transactions via phone/VPBank NEO is 90 million VND.

Similarly, from January 1-31, 2025, customers can withdraw a maximum of 100 million VND in cash from JCB Z card and not exceed the maximum limit specified for each form.

Applicable period: From January 1, 2025 (until new regulations are issued)
