According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, the Northern and North Central regions of Vietnam will continue to experience fog in the early morning, with cold weather, and even freezing temperatures in some areas.

At sea, scattered showers and thunderstorms are currently occurring in the waters from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau , and in the southern South China Sea (including the waters around the Spratly Islands).

Forecasts indicate that on December 5th, both day and night, the eastern part of the North East Sea will experience strong winds of force 6, gusting to force 8, with rough seas and waves 2-4 meters high.

The central and southern South China Sea (including the Spratly Islands area), the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang , and the Gulf of Thailand will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms; during thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind at levels 7-8. Warning: On December 6th, day and night, the eastern part of the northern South China Sea will experience strong northeasterly winds at level 6, gusting to level 8; sea waves will be 2-4 meters high, with rough seas.

The western part of the North East Sea region experiences northeasterly winds of force 5, sometimes force 6, gusting to force 7, with waves 2-3.5m high and rough seas. The risk of natural disasters due to strong winds at sea is level 2. All vessels operating in these areas are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes, strong winds, and high waves.

According to guidelines from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development , to proactively respond to dangerous weather phenomena at sea (strong gusts of wind, thunderstorms, tornadoes, high waves, rough seas, etc.), relevant agencies need to inform vessels operating at sea about these developments so that they can proactively take preventive measures, ensure safety, and plan their production accordingly; maintain communication, and have forces and equipment ready for rescue operations when necessary...

Fishermen and crew members need to regularly monitor weather forecasts on various media outlets to proactively respond to any situation.

The lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 28-31 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 31 degrees Celsius.
