Accordingly, based on the data extracted from vehicle tracking devices installed on automobiles, provided from the data processing and exploitation system of the Vietnam Road Administration from May 1st to May 31st, 2024.
The Department of Transport has indefinitely revoked the transport business badges and license plates of 46 vehicles belonging to transport businesses.
Specifically, vehicles belonging to An Phat Khanh EMT Cooperative in Da Nang violated regulations 551 times per month; vehicles belonging to Da Nang Oxygen Corporation violated regulations 177 times per month…
Reportedly, in May, five units had vehicles that violated traffic regulations more than 100 times per month.
The Department of Transport requires transport businesses that violate regulations to return their vehicle registration stickers to the Department (via: One-Stop Service Center or the Vehicle and Driver Management Department; 14th floor, Administrative Center building, 24 Tran Phu Street, Hai Chau District); and they are prohibited from using the vehicles for transport business during the period the registration stickers are revoked.
If transport businesses are found to be continuing to use revoked permits for transport operations, an administrative violation report will be filed ; the organization or individual whose vehicle is found to be in violation will also be subject to an administrative violation report regarding the regulations on administrative penalties in the field of road and rail transport.
