Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh welcomes the New Year 2024 with the people of Cao Bang

During his working program in Cao Bang , on the evening of December 31, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the Cultural Space of Cao Bang ethnic groups and attended the Cao Bang Non Nuoc Art Program to welcome the new year 2024. Also attending were leaders of Central Committees, Ministries and Cao Bang province.

The Prime Minister expressed his joy at the joyful and excited atmosphere welcoming the New Year 2024 of the ethnic people of Cao Bang province; congratulated and commended the socio -economic development results that the Party Committee, government and people of Cao Bang province have achieved in 2023.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh joined the people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang province, participating in the program with many special performances organized along Kim Dong walking street, Cao Bang city such as: folk dance performance "Dance of the Mountainous Region" with 500 people wearing ethnic costumes; exchange and competition of Lay Co - a traditional folk game of the ethnic groups in Cao Bang; performances of other folk games such as walking on stilts, stacking wood, jumping rope, playing "O an quan", tug of war, bamboo dancing, flag-raising... and performances of folk dances, sports dances, singing and dancing... Especially, admiring the low-altitude fireworks display to welcome the new year 2024.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh wished the people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang province a happy, healthy, safe and economical new year. The Prime Minister believes that with the new spirit, in 2024, the people will continue to promote the spirit of great solidarity, promote emulation movements, and the whole province will successfully complete the targets and tasks of 2024; contributing with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
