Export tax on DAP and NPK fertilizers will be 0%

Export tax on DAP and NPK fertilizers will be reduced to 0% to promptly remove difficulties for domestic production and business enterprises.

According to Decree 26/2023/ND-CP recently signed by the Prime Minister , starting from July 15th, the export tax on DAP and NPK fertilizers will be reduced to 0% to promptly alleviate difficulties for domestic businesses; and to encourage businesses to continue investing, innovating technology, and reducing product costs to increase competitiveness.

Furthermore, Decree 26/2023/ND-CP also amends and supplements the preferential export and import tax rates for some unprocessed items such as copper pipes, charcoal, tin, zinc, etc., based on the principle of applying a higher export tax rate to items that are not produced domestically or whose domestic production does not meet demand.
