On the afternoon of December 3, the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center organized a dialogue to resolve difficulties for people buying social housing in the capital. At the conference, many delegates were interested in information on diplomatic quotas, internal quotas, and booking fees, with fees ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of VND.
Regarding the above concerns, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention ( Hanoi City Police) said that this is the content that the City Police leadership is particularly interested in and has very close direction, from the commune-level police to the functional departments in the work of screening, detecting and handling.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, the process and procedures related to social housing policies are implemented very transparently, publicly, and fairly for all involved.
Regarding the appearance of a lot of information on social platforms about buying and selling "diplomatic quotas and internal quotas", Lieutenant Colonel Tuan affirmed that "it is completely non-existent".
Regarding management and review work, the Deputy Head of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention said that this is an issue that needs attention, especially for the people.
Specifically, the subjects create information on social networks to attract people, including a lot of information related to relationships, new leaders have "diplomatic quotas, internal quotas".
In addition, there is a lot of information about project implementation that makes people follow and interact with trust, thereby attracting them step by step, from application fee, to difference fee and then ensuring the lottery is drawn according to their wishes.

“We confirm with each other that all this information is related to illegal acts and focuses on fraudulent acts of appropriating property,” said Lieutenant Colonel Tuan, suggesting that people should be more vigilant with this type of information on social networking platforms. At the same time, we must research thoroughly to understand clearly, so we do not need to go through any intermediary channels.
The Deputy Head of the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department requested that if people discover such related behavior, they should immediately report it to the nearest police force, ensuring that all sources of information related to this issue are thoroughly resolved and handled according to the law.
