Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the members of the delegation pledged to continue the glorious tradition of the previous generation, unite, overcome all difficulties and hardships, and resolutely fulfill the tasks entrusted by the Party, State, Army, and people; to effectively manage and firmly protect national territorial sovereignty and border security, contributing to building a peaceful , friendly, stable, cooperative, and developing border.

On this occasion, Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien and the delegation from the Ministry of National Defense presented two houses of gratitude, each worth 80 million VND, and 100 gift packages, each worth 2.5 million VND, to policy beneficiary families, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people who have contributed to the revolution, families of martyrs, students participating in the "Helping Children Go to School" program, children adopted by border guard posts, and poor households in border communes of Quang Ninh province.

He expressed hope that in the coming time, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution will continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, strive in labor and production, and encourage their children and grandchildren to abide by the Party's policies and the State's laws, and participate in firmly protecting the national sovereignty and territorial borders.
