Attending the Congress were leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; former local leaders of different periods, and 96 official delegates representing 338 party members from 23 affiliated party organizations.
At the Congress, delegates heard a report on the results of the preparatory session; a report on the verification of the qualifications of delegates attending the Congress; a political report presented to the Congress; and a review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Comrade Truong Quoc Khanh, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Ha Lam Ha commune, said that on the basis of merging two administrative units, Nam Ha commune and Phi To commune, according to the Party and State's policy on organizing the two-level local government apparatus nationwide, Nam Ha Lam Ha commune has a natural area of 100.34 km2 and a population of 10,978 people.
This is an important opportunity for the new commune to promote all potentials and advantages to create opportunities for development.
During the past term, the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in the two old communes have always been united and unanimous in promoting all resources to build the homeland to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably, and to improve the quality of life of the people.
Notably: The average income per capita of the commune increased by 12.4 million VND, now reaching 67 million VND/person/year; the economy continues to develop, the average economic growth rate for 5 years (2020 - 2025) reaches from 9 to 10%.
Cultural development has been focused on and implemented synchronously, creating a spiritual foundation and motivation to successfully implement the economic, cultural and social development goals of the two localities; education and training have achieved many outstanding results.
The work of protecting and taking care of people's health is considered important and has achieved many results; focusing on job creation for workers in many forms such as labor export and lending capital to solve employment problems.
Social security policies such as social protection, child care and protection; gender equality, student policies; and social evil prevention and control are implemented in accordance with regulations.
National defense and security work is maintained; building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean and strong...
With a serious working spirit, the delegates discussed good practices and contributed ideas to the political report presented to the 1st Congress of Nam Ha Lam Ha commune to clarify the results achieved as well as the shortcomings and limitations in the past term.
At the same time, contribute comments to the draft Documents submitted to the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; vote to approve the draft Resolution of the Congress.

Previously, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued decisions on organization and personnel work. The Provincial Party Standing Committee appointed the Nam Ha Lam Ha Commune Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 20 comrades, and the Commune Party Standing Committee consisting of 7 comrades.
Comrade Truong Quoc Khanh was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary of the commune; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhung and Comrade K'Dung were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Party Secretaries of the commune.
