On the afternoon of October 18, speaking at the ceremony commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Central Party Office and Party Committee Offices (October 18, 1930 - October 18, 2025); receiving the First-Class Labor Order and commending outstanding examples in the 2020-2025 period, General Secretary To Lam requested that the Central Party Office fulfill six tasks: Playing the role of "conductor," setting an exemplary example for the entire system of Party Committee Offices and offices of the entire political system.

The results of public investment disbursement serve as a basis for evaluating the level of work completion.

On the morning of October 18th, speaking at the national conference on promoting public investment in 2025, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested relevant parties to regularly review, monitor, and promptly identify and resolve difficulties and obstacles arising in each project, especially key projects; individualize responsibility to each individual; and consider disbursement results as one of the important bases for evaluating the annual performance of organizations and individuals according to Politburo Regulation No. 366-QĐ/TƯ.
