On the morning of October 18, giving a directive speech at the national conference to promote public investment in 2025, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested relevant parties to regularly review, urge, promptly detect and remove difficulties and problems arising in each project, especially key projects; personalize responsibilities to each individual; consider disbursement results as one of the important bases to assess the level of completion of annual tasks of organizations and individuals according to Regulation No. 366-QD/TU of the Politburo.
