Colonel Le Van Hung, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command, delivered a directive speech.

The 2025 training course for commanders of commune-level military commands in Dak Lak province was attended by 102 trainees, all commanders of commune and ward military commands throughout the province. The training aimed to standardize the content and methods of operational planning, Party work, and political work; to guide the implementation of militia and self-defense tasks, national defense and security education, and the selection and recruitment of citizens for military service. This served as a basis for cadres to advise local Party committees and authorities on the comprehensive and effective implementation of military and national defense tasks, and to build a strong militia and self-defense force capable of meeting mission requirements.
