(Dan Tri Newspaper) - After reorganizing its structure, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee now has 5 advisory and support agencies and 14 subordinate Party committees; the Provincial People's Committee now has 19 subordinate agencies and units.
On February 12th, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the reorganization of the political system's organizational structure and personnel matters.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to terminate the operations of 8 Party groups, 3 Party committees at the provincial level, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
The Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. Mr. Vo Ngoc Kien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was assigned to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
The Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee were also announced. Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The conference announced the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council and the decisions of the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of specialized provincial agencies; and announced the decisions on the establishment and appointment of leaders of departments and sectors (after merger).

After reorganizing the administrative apparatus, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee now has 5 advisory and support agencies (a reduction of 1 agency); 14 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee (an increase of 1 Party Committee); 19 agencies and units directly under the Provincial People's Committee (a reduction of 5 agencies); a reduction of 39 departments, sub-departments, and public service units under provincial-level agencies and units; and a reduction of 31 specialized departments under district-level People's Committees.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the conference announcing decisions on the reorganization of the political system's apparatus and the appointment of officials is an important political event for the province, marking a process of organizational change to suit the practical situation, which has been supported and approved by officials, Party members, and all strata of the people.
"To date, the reorganization of the administrative apparatus of Hoa Binh province has been completed, creating an important foundation for the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels, achieving the province's political goals, and preparing all conditions to enter a new era - the era of national progress," Mr. Long said.
