Notably, some businesses suddenly lowered the selling price of gold bars. At Mi Hong Company, the buying price of SJC gold bars was 83.8 million VND, the selling price was 84.8 million VND/tael - a sharp decrease of 500,000 VND compared to the morning. This is a very sharp decrease compared to other brands.

The price of gold bars fluctuated while the price of gold rings and jewelry of all kinds remained stable. SJC Company traded 99.99 gold rings at VND83 million/tael for purchase and VND84.3 million/tael for sale, stable compared to the morning.

In the international market, the gold price tonight also traded stably around 2,544 USD/ounce. The gold price has not broken out in the context of the USD recovering in the international market. The USD index is currently trading at 106.5 points, up 0.16% compared to the morning.

World gold prices remained high compared to the previous session as investors sought safe havens, as martial law was suddenly imposed in South Korea on the night of December 3 and lifted early the next morning.

However, world gold prices have not yet broken through as the market awaits information from the US economy - expected to be announced this week.

Currently, the world gold price converted according to the listed exchange rate is about 81.3 million VND/tael.
