Handing over the border lighting project in Tung Vai border commune

On the morning of September 10, units including Tung Vai Border Guard Station, Quan Ba ​​Regional Electricity Management Team, and Tung Vai Commune coordinated to carry out the project of lighting up the border at border marker 291/2 in Vang Cha Phin village, Tung Vai Commune.

The border lighting project, implemented in the area of ​​marker 291/2, spans over 800 meters with 23 poles and solar-powered lights, costing nearly 80 million VND in total. The equipment, including poles and lights, was provided by the Northern Power Corporation, while the labor and materials (sand and gravel) were contributed through social mobilization by officers and soldiers of the Tung Vai Border Guard Post, the Fatherland Front Committee, and various associations and organizations in the commune. The project was carried out with enthusiasm and dedication, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and close ties between the military and the people in this border region of the Fatherland.

The lighting project along the border at marker 291/2 is of practical significance, facilitating the movement of people. It is especially helpful in supporting the patrol, management, and protection of the border and border markers by the border guard forces.
