Awarding the 70-year Party membership badge to two party members who are Dien Bien soldiers

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Two Party members received the 70-Year Party Membership Badge early: Party member Nguyen Cong Nuoi, born on April 14, 1932, in Long Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province; joined the Party on September 27, 1954, officially on May 1, 1955; currently a member of the Party cell in residential area 1, Muong Ang town Party committee. Party member Hoang Hai Dao, born on July 30, 1931, in Nam Toan commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province; joined the Party on December 11, 1954, officially on August 9, 1955; currently a member of the Party cell in residential area 4, Muong Ang town Party committee.

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the 70-year Party Membership Badge to two Party members.

These two Party members, former Dien Bien Phu soldiers who contributed to the glorious Dien Bien Phu victory that shook the world, have consistently excelled in their assigned duties throughout their years of fighting the enemy and undertaking various other tasks. After returning to their local communities, these two Party members have always been exemplary role models for cadres, Party members, and the people in their neighborhood to emulate.

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the two Party members.

Presenting the 70-Year Party Membership Badge early to two Party members, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong emphasized: The awarding of the Party Membership Badge is a recognition and expression of gratitude for the contributions of these Party members to the revolutionary cause of the Party. The Provincial Party Secretary wished the two veteran revolutionary Party members who received this prestigious title from the Party good health, long life, and happiness with their children and grandchildren. At the same time, the Provincial Party Secretary hoped that the two Party members, with their 70 years of Party membership, would continue to uphold the fine qualities of a Party member, serving as shining examples for cadres, Party members, and their descendants to learn from and emulate; and always contribute ideas to building a more prosperous and beautiful Muong Ang homeland and Dien Bien province.
