Local health sectors closely monitor the storm's developments on the media to prepare for prevention and control.

Organize professional and emergency staff 24/7, ready to receive and provide emergency care to victims caused by rain and storms; do not interrupt emergency care and treatment for people.

Coastal provinces and mountainous areas should be on guard against the risk of flooding and landslides caused by storms and rains. Review flood and storm prevention plans and plans to protect medical facilities in areas at risk of being affected by storms and rains, and be ready to evacuate medical facilities in low-lying areas at risk of flooding and landslides.

The local health sector directs medical facilities under its management to prepare forces and mobile vehicles to be ready to respond to lower-level emergencies when required; ensure adequate supply of essential medicines for people, promptly replenish reserves of medicines, chemicals, and supplies for disaster prevention and control and search and rescue.

Three airports closed to avoid storm

Noi Bai, Van Don, and Cat Bi airports will temporarily stop receiving aircraft on July 18, following the direction of the Northern Airports Authority.
