According to Colonel Trinh Quang Tung, Principal of the Military School of the 12th Army Corps, to improve the quality of education and training, the Party Committee and the school's Board of Directors have led and directed the development of a systematic and scientific training content and program, with 24 training programs that have been adjusted, supplemented, and updated with new content relevant to the unit's reality; training management and operation are strict and in accordance with regulations, effectively combining formal and extracurricular training, physical training, night training, and combat readiness transition exercises. In particular, the school strictly maintains the system of inspection, classroom observation, and review of learning results, effectively implementing the "three essentials" (teaching effectively, learning effectively, and evaluating effectively). Inspections, examinations, and competitions are organized seriously and objectively.

The school places special emphasis on improving the quality of its teaching staff and educational management personnel. Training and professional development in teaching methods and digital transformation in teaching are being intensified; the application of information technology and the use of management, operational, and teaching software are becoming increasingly systematic, gradually approaching the trends of modern education. In the 2024-2025 academic year, the school will conduct research on 2 scientific projects; 109 initiatives, of which 62 have been recognized; 6 sets of training materials have been compiled; and the military library is regularly updated with new materials, effectively meeting the learning and research needs of officers and students.

Thanks to the synchronized implementation of various solutions, at the end of the 2024-2025 academic year, the school's graduation rate for students with good and excellent grades reached 82.26%, exceeding the target set in the resolution; there were no students who violated the law or discipline requiring disciplinary action; and the school was assessed as a comprehensively strong and exemplary institution.

Outstanding in the Emulation Movement for Victory at the Military School of the 12th Army Corps is Company 9, Battalion 3 – a model unit in training, discipline, and building a regular army. To achieve this result, Company 9 has done a good job of educating and thoroughly explaining tasks to 100% of its officers, cadets, and soldiers; instilling in all military personnel a sense of responsibility in building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" unit; and strictly maintaining the command duty, duty officer, combat duty, patrol, and guard duty regimes, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

Specifically, according to Major Quyen Quoc Quan, Commander of Company 9: In training, the unit strictly adheres to the motto "Basic, practical, and solid" and "Basic, systematic, unified, and in-depth"; maintaining seriousness and substance. As a result, the quality of training for new recruits and squad leaders in 2024 of Company 9 has made significant progress: 100% of the subjects met the requirements, over 78% achieved good or excellent results, including 100% achieving excellent results in the firepower test; the final comprehensive exercise was organized meticulously, closely reflecting actual combat, and ensuring absolute safety.

Company 9 also effectively implemented Party and political work. The unit thoroughly grasped Resolution No. 4 of the 13th Central Committee, combined with promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; promoting democracy, maintaining regular dialogue, ensuring internal unity, and preventing complaints and denunciations from being escalated to higher levels. Based on the practical experience of carrying out tasks at the Military School of the 12th Army Corps in general, and Company 9 in particular, it can be affirmed that: When the Party committee and commanders uphold responsibility, are thorough and decisive in leadership and guidance; when solutions are implemented synchronously, creatively, and appropriately to the reality; and when the officers, teachers, and students deeply understand their tasks, unite, and are determined to overcome difficulties and strive for excellence, then the quality of training, education, and the building of a standardized system will be improved.
