A new feature of the conference was the paperless format, with presentations from officials and youth union members delivered through engaging and visually appealing videos .

During the 2022-2025 period, the Youth Union work and youth movement of the 9th Division developed comprehensively, with many innovative and effective models and approaches emerging. Notable movements include: "Youth of the 9th Division spearheading excellent training and high combat readiness," and "Model Youth Learning Week," contributing to improving the quality of training and combat readiness. Results from examinations showed 100% of subjects met requirements, with over 82% achieving good or excellent grades.

In terms of formal training and disciplinary management, the Division maintains many exemplary models, such as: "5 proactive approaches in ideological work for union members and youth," "Union branches without cadres or members violating discipline," and "Youth flower nurseries," contributing to the education and training of youth in discipline, and building a green, clean, and beautiful unit.

Annually, over 85% of Youth Union organizations successfully and excellently complete their tasks; over 90% of cadres and members successfully complete their tasks, with 15% achieving outstanding results.

The division awarded commendations to 3 collectives and 6 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the movement "Youth of the Division cultivate virtue, hone skills, be proactive, creative, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in the new era" during the 2022-2025 period.

In his remarks at the conference, Colonel Pham Van Hong, Deputy Political Commissar of the 9th Division, instructed the Youth Union organizations to continue innovating the content and form of their activities; strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation; educate and train outstanding members; build strong Youth Union organizations; and contribute to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Division and a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and outstanding".

During the period 2025-2030, the Youth Union organizations will continue to thoroughly understand and concretize the implementation of the Party's resolutions and directives; focusing on building cadres and youth union members with firm political convictions, good moral character, strict discipline, and a desire to contribute and strive to be worthy of the title of "Ho Chi Minh's Soldiers".
