Vietnam team narrowly won against Hanoi Police Club

On the evening of September 7, the Vietnamese team won 4-3 against Hanoi Police Club in the last friendly match of the September training session.

In the first half of the match, the Vietnamese team fielded their strongest lineup, featuring strikers Nguyen Tien Linh and Pham Tuan Hai, midfielders Nguyen Hoang Duc, Nguyen Duc Chien, and Chau Ngoc Quang, and defenders Do Duy Manh, Nguyen Thanh Chung, and Cao Pendant Quang Vinh.

On the Hanoi Police Club's side, several players who did not participate in this training camp are included: Nguyen Filip, Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Nguyen Quang Hai, and Le Pham Thanh Long.

Tien Linh opened the scoring for Vietnam in the 2nd minute after a one-on-one situation with goalkeeper Nguyen Filip. Tuan Hai then extended the lead to 2-0 a few minutes later.

Before the first half ended, Hanoi Police FC narrowed the score to 1-2 after Tran Duc Nam capitalized on a mistake by goalkeeper Quan Van Chuan.

In the second half, the Vietnamese team made almost a complete change to their lineup. The team, under the guidance of coach Dinh Hong Vinh, scored a third goal, making the score 3-1, thanks to Trieu Viet Hung.

Hanoi Police FC pulled one back to 2-3 thanks to a goal from Hoang Van Toan. Immediately afterwards, Nguyen Van Vi increased the score to 4-2 for the Vietnamese national team.

Before the match ended, Le Van Do scored the third goal for the police team. Ultimately, the Vietnamese team won the match 4-3 in a dramatic fashion.

This result holds significant experimental implications for both teams' coaching staffs. In the previous friendly match, the Vietnamese team lost 0-4 to Nam Dinh .

With the training camp concluded, the Vietnamese national team will disband, releasing players to return to their clubs starting today.
