At the conference, Vice Chairman of Bat Trang Commune People's Committee Do Thanh Thuan reported on the results of implementing socio -economic development tasks in the first six months of the year; and the socio-economic development plan for the last six months of 2025: Total state budget revenue in the first six months of 2025 is estimated at 69.024 billion VND, equivalent to 77.5% of the allocated budget; total state budget expenditure is estimated at 46.589 billion VND, equivalent to 47.4% of the allocated budget.
Land clearance, investment in construction, land management, environmental resources, urban management, and construction order have seen positive progress. In the last six months of 2025, Bat Trang commune will focus on economic development, effectively implementing planning, planning management, urban construction and management, promoting the mobilization of resources for infrastructure investment in an urban direction; strengthening resource management, environmental protection, proactively preventing and mitigating natural disasters; and effectively implementing social security and welfare policies and improving the lives of the people.
Regarding the allocation plan for the 2025 state budget, the People's Committee of Bat Trang commune has projected state budget revenue in the area at 41.211 billion VND, equal to the level projected by the city; the projected local budget revenue for 2025 is 259.388 billion VND, and the projected local budget expenditure for 2025 is 259.388 billion VND...
At the conference, delegates discussed solutions for implementing budget revenue and expenditure, land management and utilization, agricultural production development, disaster prevention and control in the area, and the digitization of agricultural products; and measures to promote propaganda about the Party Congress at all levels…
The conference also unanimously approved reports on: the establishment of subcommittees to serve the Congress; the plan for allocating delegates to the First Party Congress of Bat Trang Commune, term 2025-2030; the system of regular meetings with Party branches and Party committees; and the plan for implementing Regulation No. 11-QD/TU dated February 18, 2019, of the Politburo on "The responsibility of the head of the Party committee in receiving citizens, engaging in direct dialogue with citizens, and handling feedback and suggestions from citizens".
