(Baothanhhoa.vn) - At exactly 2:00 p.m. on August 31, at the cultural houses of 21 villages in Yen Truong commune, the commune's working groups distributed gifts to 29,170 people according to the Government's policy.

People gathered at the village cultural house to receive gifts.

At the cultural houses of the villages, the People's Committee mobilized all cadres and civil servants to coordinate with the police and security forces to welcome and distribute gifts to the people.

Previously, the Commune People's Committee announced on the loudspeaker system the location and necessary procedures for people to know and receive Independence Day gifts.

Local leaders directly inspected the progress of gift distribution to people at village cultural houses.

People were happy and excited to receive Independence Day gifts.

As of 4:00 p.m. on August 31, Yen Truong commune has distributed gifts to people, reaching a progress of more than 40% of the total population in the area. According to the plan, the commune will distribute gifts to people until September 1, ensuring that 100% of people in the commune receive Independence Day gifts from the State.
