According to the clip, two cars were parked in the middle of the road facing each other. At this time, a man continuously leaned forward, swung his arms and punched the driver of the car with license plate 47A-306.82 and shouted loudly "get out here, get out here". This person even used his hands to break the window of his opponent's car.

Not stopping there, the man returned to his car (license plate 51G - 596.59, parked next to it), took out a hard object, and continued to attack the driver.

Being attacked, the people sitting in car 47A-306.82 screamed in panic. The driver tried to drive away but the road was quite crowded and could not move.

Through verification, the incident occurred on Kha Van Can Street, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).

After the clip went viral, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward Police said they were coordinating with the Traffic Police - Order Team, Thu Duc City Police to verify the incident and handle it according to the law.
