Ca Mau ranked third with an average score of 20.89. Hue City ranked fourth with an average score of 20.8. Quang Tri ranked fifth with an average score of 20.63.

Neither Hanoi nor Ho Chi Minh City is in the top 10 provinces/cities with the highest C00 score. Hanoi ranks 20th with an average score of 19.47. Ho Chi Minh City ranks 13th with an average score of 19.95. Khanh Hoa ranks last in the country with a score of 18.14.

In 2024, Vinh Phuc is the province with the highest average score in block C00 high school graduation exam in the country with 23,421.

Ninh Binh ranked second with 23,402. Nam Dinh ranked third with an average score of 23,076. All three provinces also had an average score of block C00 above 23.

Next, Phu Tho ranked 4th with 22,650 points.

Ranked 5th is Bac Ninh with an average score of 22,620. Following are the localities: Ha Tinh, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, An Giang, Ha Nam.

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City continue to be out of the top 10. Hanoi ranked 17th with an average score of 21,513; Ho Chi Minh City ranked 32nd with an average score of 20,447.

Ha Giang ranked last in the list of 63 provinces and cities according to high school graduation scores for group C00 with an average score of 18.229. This is also the only locality with an average score for group C00 below 19.
