
According to the Decision, the list of products, goods, and services that must register standard contracts and general terms and conditions of transactions as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights includes:
1. Providing electricity for domestic use.
2. Providing water for domestic use.
3 - Pay TV.
4. Terrestrial mobile telecommunications services (voice services, messaging services, internet access services).
5. Fixed-line telecommunications services (voice services, internet access services).
6. Air passenger transport.
7. Rail passenger transport.
8. Buying and selling apartments.
Decision 07/2024/QD-TTg takes effect from July 1, 2024.
* Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection stipulates: Organizations and individuals trading in products, goods, and services that are purchased and used regularly and continuously by a large number of consumers, and that have a direct and long-term impact on consumers, must register standard contracts and general terms and conditions of transactions with the state management agency for consumer rights protection before using them to enter into agreements with consumers.
Based on socio -economic conditions and the need to protect consumer rights in each period, the Prime Minister shall issue and amend the List of products, goods, and services that must register standard contracts and general terms and conditions of transactions as prescribed in this Article.
