On January 4, in Yen Bai province, the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) participated in presenting social security gifts within the framework of the National Assembly delegation's visit and New Year greetings to the people and soldiers of Yen Bai province, led by Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly.
National Assembly Chairman presents gifts to people and soldiers in difficult circumstances in Yen Bai
At the Yen Bai Provincial Military Command, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited and gave gifts to families affected by the effects of storm No. 3 in Yen Bai province last September. He praised the results and achievements of the province over the past years, especially in 2024. The National Assembly Chairman also acknowledged that Yen Bai's achievements have contributed positively to the country's overall achievements. At the program, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emphasized the importance of local authorities at all levels paying more attention, continuously, and taking more care of policy families, people with revolutionary contributions, as well as poor and near-poor households.

The National Assembly Chairman also directly presented Tet gifts to officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command, along with individuals, policy households, poor households, near-poor households, ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances and families severely affected by storm No. 3. In particular, workers and laborers in Yen Binh, Tran Yen districts and Yen Bai city who suffered damage from the recent storm also received support. This activity not only demonstrates the sense of responsibility and sharing of the Party and State, but also has profound humanitarian significance, contributing to encouraging the spirit and creating conditions for all people to have a complete Tet. With the location of a mountainous province with many difficulties, Yen Bai province always receives special attention from the Party, State, Government as well as other business and social organizations, including Agribank . As one of the largest financial institutions in the country, over the years, Agribank has always accompanied the government and people of Yen Bai province in social security activities such as building schools, medical stations, and supporting livelihoods for local people...
