The closing ceremony of the 3rd Ninh Binh Festival 2024, themed "The Flow of Heritage," took place on the evening of November 30th, featuring the spectacular "Í a Fest" art program, attracting a large number of locals and tourists from all over.

According to Mr. Thin, the resounding success of the 3rd Ninh Binh Festival in 2024 once again affirms the capacity and strong commitment of Ninh Binh province in organizing major cultural events of national and international significance.
This event also realizes the policy of building Ninh Binh into a millennium heritage city, a creative city, a center for organizing events, and a cultural industry hub.
