Doctors and staff of Huong Son District Medical Center donate blood to save lives

Staff of Huong Son Medical Center (Ha Tinh) donated 2 units of blood to help save the victim from critical condition.

Doctor Tran Thi Thuy donated blood to help patients overcome critical conditions.

At around 6:00 p.m. on May 12, patient Nguyen Duy Khanh (56 years old, residing in village 1, Son Ham commune, Huong Son district) was admitted to the hospital in critical condition, due to gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver cirrhosis and anemia. The doctor ordered the urgent need for 2 units of blood type B RH+.

At that time, Dr. Tran Thi Thuy (Internal Medicine Department) and technician Phan Thi Nga (Practical Department) quickly completed the examination procedures and donated blood to save lives.

After receiving 2 units of blood type B RH+, patient Nguyen Duy Khanh has overcome the critical stage and is currently being monitored and treated by the medical team.
