On the afternoon of August 4, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the decision of the Secretariat to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, member of the Party Executive Committee of the agency, Head of the Department of Organization - Regulations, Central Organizing Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
Presenting the decision and congratulating Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung said that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh (born in 1975) graduated with a BA in International Economics , a PhD in Economics, and a Senior in Political Theory. He was well-trained, has good moral qualities, experience, and working capacity.
With 11 years of working at the National Academy of Public Administration, from June 2013, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh transferred to the Central Organizing Committee. Through his working positions, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh always demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, proactively grasped the situation, promptly and effectively advised the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee on issues related to major policies and guidelines on organization and personnel in the political system, notably streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system, streamlining the payroll, and building a 2-level local government model.

Emphasizing the key tasks of the Central Organizing Committee in the coming time, Mr. Le Minh Hung expressed his belief that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, together with the Committee, will unite and strive at the highest level to complete with quality, efficiency and on schedule the work contents and tasks that the Central Organizing Committee has been entrusted with by the Politburo , the Secretariat and the Central Executive Committee.
The new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh, respectfully thanked the Secretariat for trusting him to take on the new position. At the same time, he emphasized that to be worthy of the trust, he himself will strive, uphold the sense of responsibility, determine the principles and motto of work; closely coordinate and unite with the collective leadership of the Central Organizing Committee, units and colleagues to strive to best complete the assigned political tasks with the spirit of all for the work, for the common task.
