With direct support from the Department of Arrhythmia Treatment of Cho Ray Hospital , this technique was successfully performed on a female patient over 80 years old. The patient was admitted to the hospital on July 8 with a headache, dizziness, a history of high blood pressure and myocardial ischemia. Through examination and testing, the doctor diagnosed the patient with sinus node failure and prescribed a permanent pacemaker.
