Implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign", on December 9, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command organized the groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for the family of Ms. Le Thi Da in Residential Group 1 (Do Vinh Ward) that collapsed due to floods.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, representatives from the Provincial Military Command requested the Command of the 896th Infantry Regiment to closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to monitor, supervise, and accelerate the construction progress, ensuring quality, adherence to design specifications, and timely completion. The construction force was urged to be proactive, uphold a high sense of responsibility, and serve the people.
