Appointing 4 personnel to hold the positions of Chief Justice and Chief Prosecutor

On January 30, at Cu Lao Dung District Party Committee ( Soc Trang ), the announcement ceremony of the decision to appoint the position of Chief Justice of Cu Lao Dung District People's Court took place.

At the ceremony, Chief Justice of Soc Trang Provincial People's Court - Mr. Thai Ret presented the Decision of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Intermediate Judge, Chief Justice of Vinh Chau Town People's Court to hold the position of Chief Justice of Cu Lao Dung District People's Court from February 1, 2024 until reaching retirement age as prescribed.

Chief Justice Thai Ret highly appreciated the moral qualities, qualifications, professional and management capacity of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh and said that the transfer and rotation of cadres is to meet the needs and tasks of the work.

On the same day, Chief Justice Thai Ret attended the Ceremony to announce the Decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Lien Lam Anh Thao - Intermediate Judge, Chief Justice of Cu Lao Dung District People's Court to hold the position of Chief Justice of Vinh Chau Town People's Court, with a term of 5 years from February 1, 2024.

Last week, on January 30, the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer Mr. Le Hong Khoang - Director of Tuy Hoa City People's Procuracy to work and hold the position of Director of Dong Hoa Town People's Procuracy.

On the same afternoon, the ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Minh - Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial of Criminal Cases of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of Tuy Hoa City People's Procuracy was held.

Mr. Le Trung Hung - Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy highly appreciated the efforts and training of Mr. and Mrs. Ngo Thi Hong Minh and Le Hong Khoang, believing that in their new positions, they will continue to promote their achievements.

The two newly appointed personnel promised to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, constantly study, practice, improve professional qualifications, and maintain ethical qualities.
