Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (LĐ-TB-XH) Dao Ngoc Dung is responsible for answering the main questions in the group of questions in the field of LĐ-TB-XH. The questions include: Solutions for developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources to meet the development requirements of industries and fields; planning, arrangement, organization, restructuring and improving the training quality of vocational training institutions, ensuring the supply of enough skilled workers in key areas and fields.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and Ministers of Finance, Planning and Investment, Education and Training, and Home Affairs participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
At the question-and-answer session of this 5th session, the National Assembly questioned four members of the Government, including Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung, Minister and Chairman of the Ethnic Committee Hau A Lenh, Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat and Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang.
"Concluding" the question-and-answer session of Government members, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai will clarify related issues and answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
