According to information from the People's Committee of Kim Hoa commune ( Ha Tinh ), the locality has just issued a decision to remove Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten.
Previously, the Kim Hoa Commune Party Committee also decided to discipline and remove Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Secretary of the school's Party Cell. Currently, the management is being assigned to Ms. Tran Thi Lan Anh - Vice Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten to temporarily assume the role of Principal.
According to the authorities, during her time as Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy committed many violations in the management process, did not comply with the direction and operation of the Commune People's Committee and related agencies, leading to impacts on the rights of cadres, teachers, employees as well as the educational activities of the unit.
Notably, from July to September 2025, teachers and staff of Son Ham Kindergarten had their salaries and allowances delayed.
It is known that on July 4, the People's Committee of Kim Hoa commune issued an official dispatch instructing schools to change their seals according to the 2-level government model, which many schools in the area have implemented.
However, the Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten was absent from meetings many times, did not register his signature, and did not open an account at the State Treasury despite being requested.
Up to now, 7/8 schools in Kim Hoa commune have completed procedures and paid salaries for July, August, and September. Only Son Ham Kindergarten has not done so yet. 15 staff and teachers of the school have been delayed in receiving their salaries for many months.
