The first Congress of the Can Tho City Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, will take place from September 26-28 at the City Military Command Hall with 485 official delegates representing over 140,000 Party members; women account for nearly 20%, and delegates from ethnic minorities account for nearly 4%.
