The plain area (Phu Ninh district, Lam Thao district, Tam Nong district, Viet Tri city) has common rainfall from 100-200, some places over 300mm). During the storm, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

On the day and night of September 8, Phu Tho province continued to have moderate rain, heavy rain in some places and scattered thunderstorms with common rainfall of 20-40mm, some places over 60mm. Warning level 1 natural disaster risk. Heavy rain and localized heavy rain can cause flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas, steep slopes and flooding in low-lying areas, urban areas. Beware of lightning and strong gusts of wind in thunderstorms that endanger human life and damage property.
