In 2025, many new documents will be issued, especially legal regulations that aim to minimize administrative procedures related to people and businesses. These new contents need to be updated to make production and business activities in the field of culture, sports and tourism more smooth and convenient.

According to Mr. Bui Huu Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, the conference is a practical activity to improve the quality of legal support for people and businesses. At the same time, there will be in-depth discussions on new legal regulations; especially updating requirements and standards on business conditions in the field of culture, sports and tourism.
Committed to always accompanying businesses through building a civilized and effective business environment, Mr. Toan affirmed that he will continue to listen and improve the quality of legal support; proactively and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles to create the most favorable conditions for people and businesses to develop sustainably.
At the conference, many opinions were exchanged reflecting the difficulties and obstacles in the practical business and production activities. Thereby, it was proposed to continue improving the investment and business environment to enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises.

On that basis, difficulties and shortcomings in the implementation process will continue to be supplemented and amended in the direction of minimizing administrative procedures, creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses to develop, Mr. Thai affirmed.
