With the theme "Future Pulse", the final night taking place on the evening of July 13 promises to bring an impressive light show, concluding the DIFF 2024 season that has made Da Nang shine in recent times. Compared to previous competition nights, the final night is the most important and attractive, so the number of tourists coming to Da Nang at this time also increases. Most hotels are "fully booked" during this time. Hotels near the beach such as My Khe have also recorded a similar situation. On online booking platforms, mid-range 3-4 star hotels have all announced that they are fully booked for July 13-14. Contacting a series of hotels, they all received information that during the 2024 Da Nang International Fireworks Final, the number of guests has increased so the rooms are fully booked early, with guests booking long in advance. Having the opportunity to travel to Da Nang on July 13-14, Mr. Truong Giang struggled to find a hotel room. "My family has 2 adults and 1 child. From today until the flight date is 10 days away. Because I was subjective, waiting until the day of departure to book a hotel room, it is very difficult to find a room now. On booking platforms, 3-star hotels with average prices are all full, so I accept booking more expensive rooms. I think, in about 3-4 days, there will probably only be 5-star rooms left," said Mr. Truong Giang. Not only hotels near the beach and in the central area, homestays without a beautiful view are still "fully booked" due to the sharp increase in the number of visitors to Da Nang on July 13-14. Not to mention, hotel room prices during the fireworks display nights as well as the final night have fluctuated, increasing by 10-15% compared to normal days. According to information from the Da Nang Department of Tourism, the total number of guests served by accommodation establishments during the first 3 nights of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2024 reached 198,257, an increase of 11.7% compared to DIFF 2023. Of which, international visitors are estimated at 80,442 (up 29.6%), domestic visitors are 117,815 (up 2.1%). The city's room occupancy rate is 70-75%.
