My research updates on trends, technologies, and solutions for developing human resources in the telecommunications industry to anticipate and adapt to the times.”
"Hopefully, this thesis topic will bring many useful values to businesses, helping them to effectively utilize and develop their human resources," Mr. Hai said.

Speaking about his future plans, Mr. Hai said he hopes to have good health so that he can continue to improve his knowledge, learn, and contribute the value of his research to society.
