'Peacock of the dance village' Linh Nga happily wears ao dai to celebrate National Day

'Colors of Happy Season' is the new ao dai collection by designer Thuy Nguyen, inspired by the passionate red color of the country's special holidays.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, designer Thuy Nguyen launched the Ao Dai collection Sac mua hanh phuc .

Thuy Nguyen's collection was inspired by the brilliant red color to celebrate the country's great joy. This is also considered an emotional visual manifesto through the language of silk, brocade and handicrafts.

The highlight of Sac mua hanh phuc is the familiar motifs, expressing national pride such as: the image of the fluttering Vietnamese national flag, the stretching lotus, the free flying birds... meticulously and elaborately painted and hand-attached.

Lotus motifs are delicately processed, adding value to the ao dai.

Designer Thuy Nguyen shared with Tuoi Tre Online that in this collection she applied standard ao dai form-making techniques combined with the art of sophisticated manual embellishment.

“The application of 3D embossing techniques, combined with the art of creating motifs, contributes to giving each design more eye-catching and lively. Thereby, the designs highlight the figure and elegance of the wearer,” emphasized designer Thuy Nguyen.
